ThaiLoveLines introduces easy e-mail for dating site users
Thailand's leading site has introduced a programme to allow users to control external e-mails received from the site.
A dating and social networking site uses external e-mail to keep in contact with its users. However increasingly internet users on dating sites find these communications tiresome and want to be able to control, limit or switch them off at will while a significant proportion of users find these notifications a vital part of the dating service. The solution is to give control to the dating site users. Thailand’s leading dating site has now addressed this problem.
This is the aim of the new ThaiLoveLines 'Easy e-mail' programme launched in January 2011. 'We want to make our dating service easier to use and give our members what they want,' says Joseph O’ Connor, Operations Director of AtlanticThai Internet Co. Ltd. in Thailand which operates ThaiLoveLines. 'We have many new programmes designed to make our dating experience more flexible and giving more control to our usersin the future, this is just a small step towards that.'
ThaiLoveLines is Thailand's leading dating site with tens of thousands of one to one communications on a daily basis. The new 'Easy E-mail' programme is designed to offer users the highest standards of Privacy and anti-spam options.
All users can automatically opt out of all communications from ThaiLoveLines with information contained within each external e-mail while users can also limit and control all e-mail communications. A Users control panel allows users to switch off e-mails.
The new programme gives users login details and e-mail control options at the bottom of each e-mail without logging into the site. ThaiLoveLines.com has also upgraded its e-mail and privacy policies. In 2010 AtlanticThai Internet signed a partnership agreement with Microsoft in the US designed to achieve best practice with regard to external e-mail.
